2. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file that a website places in your browser. It lets the site “remember” certain things, for example which cookie settings you chose. Cookies can be placed not only by us but also by the third-party providers we use (for example, the providers of embedded videos and the podcast player).
Technologies similar to cookies include pixels, web beacons and scripts, which can also collect data about your visit. For simplicity, we will refer to these as „cookies” in this notice.
3. What cookies do we use?
We divide cookies into two groups. Cookies necessary for operation are active even without your consent, because the site could not work without them. Marketing cookies are only switched on if you consent to them in the cookie banner. We measure traffic without cookies (see section 3.2).

3.2. Traffic measurement – without cookies
Purpose: we look at how many people visit the site, which content interests them and how quickly the pages load – and use this to improve the site. For this we use the Cloudflare Web Analytics service. It does not set cookies and stores nothing in your browser, so we do not ask for your consent to use it. It does not identify you and does not track you on other sites. We only see aggregate figures: how many times each page was viewed, where visitors came from (for example a search engine or a direct link), which device and browser they used, which country they came from, and how long the page took to load. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3.3. Marketing cookies – only with consent
Purpose: measuring the effectiveness of our advertisements and displaying embedded videos and music content. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Embedded videos and podcasts
The site also includes YouTube videos and a Spotify player. These providers would place cookies when loading the content, so embedded content will be disabled until you give your consent: a preview is shown in their place. If you click on it or accept marketing cookies, the content loads and the provider’s own data processing applies.
5. How can you modify or withdraw your consent?
You can open and change your cookie settings at any time with the button below:
Your consent is valid for 1 year, after which the site will ask again. You can also delete cookies that have already been set in your browser settings (usually: Settings → Privacy → Cookies and site data). Note: if you delete all cookies, the cookie banner will appear again, because your choice is also stored in a cookie.
You can also object to data processing for advertising purposes directly with the service providers:

6. Data transfer to third countries
Data related to marketing cookies and embedded content is processed by Google Ireland Limited (YouTube), Meta Platforms Ireland Limited and Spotify AB, and data related to form protection and traffic measurement by Cloudflare, Inc. These providers may also transfer data to the United States, and protect it under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission. If you do not want marketing cookies, simply decline them – the site will work just the same.
7. Your rights
You can request access to the data processed about you, its correction, deletion or restriction of processing, object to data processing and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us: [email protected]. For details, see Privacy Notice.
