My partner and I live in a small 35 square meter apartment in Kaposvár. We renovated our apartment in 2018, and back then we didn't even think about wanting a smart home. The electrical wires were fixed to the wall because the walls were so thin that it was impossible to install a pipe system, which made it very difficult to install a smart home system. Why and how did Yabune Home get snuffed?

Now I can check the status of the windows, the expiration of the simple dumb washing machine program, the status of the doorbell, the activation of the doorphone code, the doorphone call, and I can also receive notifications if necessary. I can control the heating both automatically and manually, and even if the window is open, Yabune Home turns off the heating because I don't want to heat the street, but as soon as I close the window and the desired temperature is not in the apartment, it heats again.
I can start the smart cleaning machine more easily and quickly, without having to open the Xiaomi app. Just a click or two and it cleans the rooms I have specified in advance, which is something that cannot be solved with its own system (Gen1).
Additionally, motion sensors make it easy to turn lights on and off at different times, even according to the position of the sun.
In the evening, the pleasant lighting atmosphere is ensured by the motion sensor under the bed and the LED strip, which is fully automated but can also be easily controlled manually.
If they ring the bell, the light in the room flashes twice, or if the washing machine is running out, the lights in several rooms flash twice short and twice long. This example is a huge help for the elderly, the hearing impaired, and the deaf. I can access and control these not only on my smartphone, but also on any other platform.
Anyone who has never seen or experienced a smart home system probably has no or only a very minimal idea of how beneficial it is. I have read several times on various forums that women don't understand why a smart home is good, it's pure nonsense. But once you have it, it's great, it's natural (the good thing is that it makes life easier and more comfortable).
Many people only realize the benefits of a smart home when it doesn't work for some reason. Fortunately, if it's well-built, such a problem doesn't occur, or only very rarely.
