During the planning, they decided that in addition to coordinating the tiles, parquet, and wallpaper, they would like their home to operate with an automated smart home system configured according to their needs.

Here is their wish list:

Make it their home safe

Reduce your overhead costs by installing energy-saving modules

Let's find environmentally friendly and sustainable solutions

They can also easily control the system from their mobile phone (iOS and Android)

Make housework as easy as possible faster and more comfortably can be done

An apartment that is pre-cooled in summer and pre-heated in winter awaits them after work, but the heating or air conditioning should not be on all day and in every room.

The smart home system should notify both of you if there is a problem in the apartment.

The built-in home automation system to increase the value of the property

Implementing a smart home point by point according to all your expectations:

Since the apartment was about to be renovated, we recommended that we install UTP and coaxial cables in every room in addition to the wireless modules.

We took several aspects into account to achieve optimal energy use.

The motorized roller shutters We replaced it. The Shelly By installing a smart switch, we expanded the shading and security functions of the blinds. Since the bedroom faces east, we had to take into account the morning sun. The living room faces southwest, so in summer it receives most of the sun in the afternoon. If no one is home, the shutters automatically closed by Yabune Home. If the home automation system changes the status of the shutters for any reason, it will immediately send a notification.

The Honeywell Evohome zone-controlled heating system and Sensibo climate By integrating it into the Yabune Home Smart Home control system, we have achieved that maintaining maximum comfort costs as little money as possible.

The lighting was set to be energy efficient. Philips Hue bulbs and the for controls hidden behind switches Thanks to this, the entire area of the apartment can be controlled from a mobile phone and automatically optimized.

As a final step, we removed the thresholds so that the robot vacuum cleaner could clean without obstacles at pre-programmed times. We also connected the smart home appliances, refrigerator, TV, game console and security camera to the central controller of the Yabune Home Smart Home so that Anna and Tamás could check the status of the entire apartment from their mobile phones.

I need this!

Információk Hálószobák2 Fürdők1 Garázs0 Terület80 nm2 Ár800 000 – 1 300 000 Ft Megoldások Árnyékolás Automatizáció Biztonság Energia Háztartás Hűtés-Fűtés Szórakozás Világítás Megvalósítás Anna és Tamás egy 80 négyzetméteres, 3,4 méteres belmagasságú csodaszép, de nagyon rossz állapotú polgári lakás felújításába vágtak bele.
