The system remains yours throughout and runs locally even without our infrastructure.<\/p>\n<div class=\"ys-sec\"><h2 class=\"hotel-h\">What do the packages include?<\/h2><p class=\"ys-p\">You can choose from three packages. Their content is set out in Annex 2 of our General Terms and Conditions; the fees are in the quote.<\/p>\n<div class=\"ys-common\"><h3>Included in all three packages<\/h3><ul class=\"ys-check\"><li>Secure remote access to the system<\/li><li>Status monitoring (central unit, backups, device availability)<\/li><li>Weekly backup to Yabune&#8217;s own server, restore from the latest successful backup<\/li><li>Tested updates (Home Assistant, add-ons, firmware of devices that can be updated through the system)<\/li><li>Fault reports received from the system and by e-mail<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"ys-pkgs\"><div class=\"ys-pkg-card\"><h3>Basic<\/h3><ul class=\"ys-check\"><li>Remote troubleshooting, no guaranteed response time<\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"ys-pkg-card\"><h3>Advanced<\/h3><p class=\"ys-rt\">Response time: <b>72 hours<\/b><\/p><ul class=\"ys-check\"><li>Remote troubleshooting<\/li><li>Device replacement on site (labour and call-out included, excluding the device itself)<\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"ys-pkg-card\"><h3>Premium<\/h3><p class=\"ys-rt\">Response time: <b>24 hours<\/b><\/p><ul class=\"ys-check\"><li>Remote troubleshooting<\/li><li>Device replacement on site (labour and call-out included, excluding the device itself)<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n<p class=\"ys-note\">If we built your system, you get the Advanced package free of charge for the first month after handover. After that you only pay if you choose a package by e-mail.<\/p><p class=\"ys-note\">The response time refers to the start of remote fault diagnosis during working hours. The maintenance window is Sunday between 0:00 and 6:00.<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"atvetel-when ys-when\"><h2>Basic backup is included even without a package<\/h2><p>At handover we back up your system even if you do not order a package. As long as we have access to the system, we repeat the backup every month and keep the latest one. You can cancel the basic backup by e-mail at any time. Without a package, we troubleshoot on the basis of a one-off quote.<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"ys-sec\"><h2 class=\"hotel-h\">The customer portal<\/h2><p class=\"ys-p\">In Yabune Service you see everything that belongs to your system in one place.<\/p>\n<div class=\"hotel-cards ys-ui\"><div class=\"hotel-card\"><h3>My installations<\/h3><p>Progress of the installation by work phase, the next on-site working day, and what we need from you. Here you find the photos meant for you and the signed handover document; you can also share the view with a link or a QR code.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"hotel-card\"><h3>Digital handover<\/h3><p>You sign the document on site with your finger, and the signed copy can also be downloaded from the portal.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"hotel-card\"><h3>My access details<\/h3><p>The passwords of your own accounts (for example Wi-Fi, Home Assistant and the intercom app) on a protected page, not by e-mail. You also get a QR code for the Wi-Fi, and every view is logged.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"hotel-card\"><h3>Invoices<\/h3><p>All your invoices in one place.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n<p class=\"ys-note\">You can protect your login with two-factor authentication.<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"atvetel-sys\"><h2>Reporting a fault<\/h2><p>You can report a fault directly from your system with the Home Assistant \u201eProbl\u00e9ma bejelent\u00e9se\u201d (Report a problem) tile, or write to us by e-mail. Our response appears as a notification in your system. In the Advanced and Premium packages we start remote fault diagnosis within the response time.<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"atvetel-sys\"><h2>What is not included in Yabune Service?<\/h2><p>Yabune Service is not a security monitoring service and not a 24-hour on-call service.
